Return & Refund Policy (Kurta Set, Salwar Suit, Anarkali Suit)

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before making a return or refund request.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns are applicable only for size issues, wrong product delivered, or manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered outfits cannot be returned.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
• Sale/discounted items are non-returnable unless defective or wrong item is sent.

3. Return Request Timeframe

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Requests after this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Option

• Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.
• If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact customer support with order details and issue description.
• After approval, return instructions will be shared.
